Strengths coaching is a personalised approach based on positive psychology, designed for individuals seeking personal and professional growth.
Strengths are the qualities that come most naturally to you — the ways you think, feel and behave that give you energy and help you feel at your best.

As a certified Strength Profile Practitioner, I use the scientifically rigorous Strengths Profile™ by Cappfinity as a base for our coaching conversations. Strengths Profile™ is a tool that helps you discover what you do best and what energises you most. It provides a unique insight into a wide range of strengths, helping us focus on what truly drives your energy, performance, and growth.
Working together, we find the right balance in how you utilise your strengths, searching for ways to incorporate more of what you enjoy doing and are naturally good at into your everyday life. We will discuss practical strategies and make an action plan to help you reach your goals.

When you understand and use your strengths intentionally, you can find more confidence, balance, and enjoyment in your life. Strength Profiling & Coaching
There are different versions of the final Strengths Profile™, varying in how much detail is provided. You can choose what suits you best, but I always encourage opting for an Expert Profile when possible, as it maps all individual strengths. You will complete the assessment online and receive your individual report before our first meeting.
If you are looking to identify your strengths, you can choose to complete the assessment and meet with me for a debrief only, which is a core part of understanding how the strengths uniquely work for you.
